The New England Revolution have claimed their first victory this season and it only took 4 games! After losing the season opener in Houston four zip and in Philly in match week two (1-0), the Revs also failed to win in match week three, their season opener. However, on the fourth attempt and against the San Jose Earthquakes they prevailed, getting a 2-1 victory. The win which came after a stoppage time goal from a Nguyen shot inside the 18, will go a long way to rest the concerns surrounding the clubs shaky start to the year. It will also serve as a platform for Heaps and company heading in to yet another road game next week. The clubs fourth road game in what will be five matches when they take the field at RFK.
